Do i have to wait til she is 16 to be my assistant or can i take her on in holidays as a student assistant. She is 15 and has done a babysitting course-obviously this is different from cm courses, she also got fire saftey and first aid certificates-not sure how this works

i think 15 year olds can get other jobs it would be worth asking

She will need a CRB and it is my understanding that Ofsted do not do these until teens reach 16...

I would ring them on Monday and check :D
