they offer training which ones are free and what do i have to pay for as want to sign up to some but cant afford to pay for any at the mo.

Are you refering to the laminated schedule of training? If so the majority are free. Sometimes you are asked to send a cheque for £10, but this is not cashed and handed back to you on the night of the training - there has been problems in the past with people booking on training and not turning up, so understandable. PEYTU and BAND courses often have a fee.
