hi,
last week i received my CRB check for me and my husband to fill in and send it back to ofsted but the problem that worried me a lots is in 2005 we had a family dispute and my husband been charged with assault causing actual bodily harm,
i am qiuet sure that they will disqualified me from registration due to my husband offence:(
also on the guide to registration i found out that i can make waiving disqualification so i can still apply to be registered as achildminder
is anyone head about these case before?

It can be done when the partner has a disqualification. I am not saying that this could happen in your instance but in one person I know situation - the husband was not allowed in the house while she was minding. It was rather difficult but thats how they got round it and Ofsted were happy with this.

I wouldn't worry too much. Like Pip said there may be a way round it. Good luck :)
