Hi, I know it has been mentioned before, but can someone please tell me how long we are supposed to keep the contracts after a child has left the setting?
Thanks

Not sure about contracts, but child record forms are for ever and a day:D

I've got mine for 21 years in case of disputes. Seems really daft writing it down but you never know!

Depends on who you are insured with!
MM is until the child is 21 / NCMA is 21 years and 6 months after the child has left.
As I said to Nige I need to make sure my care home has a good big safe and I'll be fine! :D
