Thousands of questions flying thro my head right now, SEF to complete to!!

Just wondering - would the inspector look at the contracts between myself and parents?

I've got a parent that doesn't want LJ's for her little ones and I have a letter to that effect, I'll show them that and I've only completed 1 ob on a child I have on a ad-hoc basis since end of November, I've got him this Friday so may do another one then .... panicking big time!

I am very worried about the child who hasn't got a Learning Journey.

It's all well and good parents saying they don't want you to do a Learning Journey... but if you are not meeting the requirements of the Eyfs then you are the one in the wrong not them.

If you don't do obs, assessments, planning etc on a child then you must apply for an exemption (which will be turned down because they all have been for childminders!!)

Do you have anything in writing from Ofsted to say it's ok for this child not to be included in the Eyfs?

Yes Ofsted might well look at your contracts - they usually go through a few of the children's files very carefully and glance at the others.

good luck with the SEF! :D
