How odd! Maybe she wants to check something out with her boss?

Did she give you any feedback? x

I thought it was odd too. She said that she didn't have any concerns or anything and said that i need to work on is to have more multi-cultural games etc. I have some but not enough.

We discussed doing more about planning but she knows that I'm currently attending a observation assessment and planning course and she can see that I've done some changes to my obs sheets....she complimented me on how I dealt with the three very different 3 year olds and I was fair to all (not too hard/soft with my own DD)...

...am so confused.

Thought I'd impressed her with a couple of things that I've done off my own back etc, but she didn't give me any kind of indication; just said what the four types of grade were...i dunno I just feel odd....

Aww, bless you. Inspections are stressful enough without this added on top. I will be keeping my fingers crossed for you today. When you do speak to her, whatever the outcome, explain what her actions have done to you and how she has made you feel. She should be made aware before she puts anyone else through this dreadful situation. BIG HUGS x

I think that's awful to leave you not knowing. I definately don't think you would get unsatisfactory as she would def say soemthing at the time. It may be that you are between two gradings and she wants to check. Try not to worry but make sure you call her again before the end of the day as a cm friend of mind was left hanging for days and days and then couldn't get hold of her inspector due to hol ans then illness. In the end her report just arrived and she didn't have a chance to speak to the inspector about it!

Hope it works out ok for you xx

I think it would have been fairer to tell you which gradings she was considering.

Fair enough if she needed to check something out with her superior but she should have done that asap and got back to you.

Hope she picks up your message soon

Miffy xx
