I'm tring to fill out some balnks in my Car RA, came across this one and am finding it hard to answer, your help will be much appreciiated.

How do I teach the children about being safe in the car, wearing seat belts etc?

You talk to them!

Everytime get in and out of car remind them why need seat belt / car seat straps on and why wait for you to undo. No need for details of possible accidents - just - I want you to be safe / not get hurt.

if my toddler mindees ever play up about being strapped in i just tell them that they will fall out the car if they dont put them on! :blush:
