Well, just back from fat fighters.
Lost 2lb this week, end of my second week. So thast 4 1/2 pounds total in 2 weeks - bit dissapointed but happy at the same time as I didnt feel like I had lost this week, im feeling really bloated :(
Still - I am now going for my best week yet, I want 3-4 off next week. I am going to do as much excercise as possible to speed things up!!
I know slowly but surely is the way to lose it but its just not fast enough!
Lambroulla lost 4lb - so she is very happy!!

:clapping: :clapping: well done lana, 2lb is brilliant and don't forget if you're excersing then you're turning your fat into muscle which weighs heavier. You're doing brilliantly and will be one the slimest at the christmas doo (along with caroline, dee and angel), i'll still be a fatty :D

Way too go, Lana! :clapping: I'm a bit worried about my weigh-in tonight as I went on a brownie-induced eating frenzie. My daughter has been banned from buying the mix (99p shop:angry: ). I have tried to compensate for my shameful lack of will power by being extra good. I hope I can follow in your footsteps with a 2 lb loss!

Thank you everyone!
I just want to get under the 14 stone mark, so I feel like im getting somewhere and can be in the 13 stone something range - not that thats light, but I havnt been under 14 in over a year - so would be a real milestone for me!! Its so frustrating! Still. About to do Davina's workout in a bit after I put my washing away, afternoon off so making the most of it!

Lana, be proud that you have eaten a lot, been satisified, not felt like you are on a diet, and all that with bonus of losing all that in just 2 weeks!
T is quite right, exercise might initially lead to a gain while your body adjusts, so watch out for it ( I am expecting a slow week precisely cos of that, wi tmrw!)
