hi all before i start to the task of setting out a questionnaire to all my parents on how they perceive the facilities etc here does anyone have one that they would be so kind as to share with me?

very 'non' specific! i used it as i had a mum who was very literal and if asked 'is childrens work displayed' replied 'assume so - never seen evidence of it' ( must have her eyes shut as playroom covered, plus her children took pictures home MONTHS later with bluetak on the back !!! ) :rolleyes:
