Hi,
I have a 6 year old boy to mind for 3 days this week, has anyone any ideas what i could make with him? I was thinking maybe a dr who tardis. I have a 5 year old daughter so not sure what boys of this age are into. I know he supports Liverpool fc, and loves football, any ideas would be great?
Thank you x

What about making a blow football game - mark out the pitch on a large piece of card (he should be able to do this) use lollipop sticks and a bit of orange bag netting for the goals (stick in playdough to stand up) a pingpong ball for the football and a drinking straw for each player

Football cards or top trumps are popular here ... car tracks and fast cars... :D

Large piece of cardboard, get him to paint a road on it and put one end on a shoe box or similar ( so it makes a sort of hill ) and he will probably spend the afternoon brooming cars down it.

You could make a paper mache football over the 3 days? Maybe make it one day - paint it the next then when its dry he can take it home.:)

Just to say my 5 1/2 yr old son and my 7 yr old son absolutely love playdoh (the homemade type). They will spend hours building things out of playdoh.
