You must have a different form to the one I filled in - (I'm not sure if I downloaded it from here??). I just wrote down the children I had, their DOB's, and what time I had them during the day and when I would need the variation. I also put that I had a 7 seater car with suitable child seats etc so I was able to accomodate them safely. I explained that the variation would be a continuity of care and the child had settled very well with me. I think I wrote briefly about meeting their individual needs.
It wasn't as complex as I originally thought it would be and when the inspector rang to discuss the variation, everything was fine and Ofsted approved it (took about 3 weeks)
