Some of you may remember last year when I posted about a parent that had made a complaint to Ofsted with false accusations and then refused to pay notice fees. I was advised to take her to court which I have done and won. She now has to pay what she owes me, plus interest, plus the court costs. She has 21 days to pay the full amount. I feel that all of her lies and accusations have come back on her as I have not only cleared my name with Ofsted TWICE but also through the court. I totally believed that the truth would come out in the end which it now has.

I have been through exactly the same - accuastions and non-payment and it went to court.
Isn't it a fab feeling when you win and have proved you have done nothing wrong.
Well Done!!
