You sound like you are doing great! It would be good if you can get parent questionaires out so you can show ofsted how fab they think you are but they are interested in how you act on them so if they dont come back in time dont worry, just say you have sent them and are waiting for responses so you can use them to evaluate your service. SEF isnt compulsary, when are they coming? If you dont have enough time dont bother, just look through it and have it in your head how to answer the questions. Then just have all your paperwork in a pile ready to hand over when they come and get on with your day as normal. They might be interested in permission slips, mine wanted to see I had it all signed and of course I couldnt find one when she was here, it appeared as soon as she left. They were very nice while they were with me so dont panic :)

If it is prospects doing inspection they have all sorts of IT issues and can not at moment access online SEF.
I had not done my SEF and was not an issue just talked about what I thought were my strenghts and weakness, what I wanted to do in the future. Inspector asked a few questions - and that was it.
I Had printed parent questionaires ready for parent review meetings but none had had them by insopection day.
Despite this I was graded outstanding - so please don't stress too much about these things.
Good Luck
Penny :)
Thank you it easier said than done though to stay calm. It is prospects doing it I dont think she will come this week just by the way she was talking so think will have weekend at least! I want to try and do my sef as I know I will be a jibbering wreck and its a backup if go blank!! but obviously if I dont have time it will have to wait.
