:mad: Called Ofsted back today to be told they will be out on Thu for my reg. I said that next week will be better as I cannot do Thu, so she said tomorrow? :angry: I said next week will be better. She then goes on to tell me that my inspection is so over due that the deadline is this Fri and if I do not have it done I will need to put in a new application. :veryangry: WHAT? So she will be here at 9 am Fri morning. I have recently lost my policies and procedure on my computer as it got a nasty virus and my DH lost my memory stick!!!!! :crying:

What would happen if you got the D and V bug on Thursday? Surely its not your fault that they have left your inspection so up to a deadline that you knew nothing about.

Tkae a deep breath and visit the Bromley web site for Policy Ideas.

Make sure you have child protection policy, there are a few others I cant think of atm but search for a thread on here and it will have been asked - you dont have to have everything in place for your pre reg, all the inspectors I have met have been lovely so dont worry too much you can still ask for advice and at least it will be over with!

Don't panic - you don't need to have everything perfect for this visit. You can explain what happened to your computer - the inspector is there to help you this time.
