Hi Everyone,
I had my Ofsted inspection on 12th October and I haven't received my inspection report yet! I'm beginning to think the whole inspection was a dream and I'm going to get the real call soon and they come and grade me inadequate!!!!
I was graded outstanding, and I'm aware that the report would have to be sent to the Quality Assurance department before I'd receive it but aaaaaaaaaaahhh.......I hate waiting!! Is anybody else in this situation and how long did yours take?

Mine took 4 weeks to come through.
Have you looked to see if it's online yet?

I had mine on 6th Oct and still not seen draft report. On Ofsted website it says report to be to practitioner by 20 working days - in my case that is tomorrow.
Getting concerned now and if not out tomorrow will have to phone them.
Does help knowing not the only one waiting.

Forgot to say I was given a verbal outstanding too - so maybe that is the hold up

Ah thanks Penny. Atleast I'm not the only one!
I phoned Ofsted on Friday, they also hadn't seen my report and advised me it was still with Prospect. Prospect said it was with their Quality Assurance dept and would be emailed to me on Monday (yesterday!!)
I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything.
Good luck

Well I have now also spoken to Ofsted - and quess what - yep they have not had my report either.
So phoned Prospects - and within mins got call back - no chance of receiving report yet - they have technical error and can not send report to Ofsted or provider - in fact cannot input report into 'toolkit'!
Explained I was going away tomorrow and worried that report would be sent while away and so would miss 24hr slot to respond. Nice lady on phone made note on system to say that I would be unable to respond until Monday - (that is if they fix error and can send it!)
Asked if to do with inspection outcome and she said 'no not at all - just our technical error and as I would have recieved verbal feedback from inspector not to worry about that (think that means that outstanding grade staying?)

I was told that it takes between 4 & 6 weeks to receive your report, I would like to know why it takes that long!!
When I was inspected 3 yrs ago my report was on line within a week, this time I was inspected in Sept and am still waiting!!!!

Thanks for that Penny, looks like we'll have to sit tight for a bit longer then.
Hopefully your report will be waiting for you when you get back

Well done on your grading, I think mine took just over 4 weeks and then I had to get a couple of things amended. I kept thinking it was all a dream as well and that the inspector was just a figment of my imagination

Hi everyone,
I was inspected on 18th Oct the inspector said I would recieve my report within 5-10 days, I waited 2 weeks and called them this Monday, was told it was still with Tribal. I called Tribal and was told it should be with me next week - I asked if there was any chance of this process being speeded up and he said he would make a note that I called and it arrived yesterday :0) (the following day)
Carol
P.S I also got Outstanding :clapping: well done everyone

I phoned Prospects again this morning, they told me that the inspector hadn't submitted the report correctly and it is now back with the inspector! Don't you just love it!!!! They couldn't give me any idea of how long it will take. I'll phone again on Friday!!

Reading between the lines I think your inspector could not submit it because of the technical error - think I was only told what I was because now over the 20 working days they have to get report out- so breaking their own rules.
Whatever the reason - what a mess - and how frustrating to get the outstanding and then not have the report to make it official.
Well done to all of you who achieved outstanding.
Penny :)
