Had my first inspection today and am so pleased, she praised me constantly and only gave me one recommendation I couldn’t believe it, and that was I had to have the 2 sheets in my policies for complaints. She never critised me once and never said I could do this better or that better. She said that if there was a Very Good between Good and Outstanding then she would give me Very Good for everything, and will be reflecting that in her report, and said she will put I am at the top end of good on everything.

I am so happy, and feel very proud of myself, had a chinese to celebrate.

In my "Day Care and Childminding; guidance to the national standards" book on page 13 Annex: Provider complaints recordadn how to omplete the complaints record. The Inspector has asked me to keep a copy within my policies, or within my folder wth me certiicates, so if a parent wants to make a complaint against me they ask me and I hve to complete this form.
