welllllllllll mrs O has been this morning and was actually very lovely to me. i was all flustered as had been up with my daughter until 4am due to her having a bad cold and i was that tired i felt sick and wanted to cry! :-O
shouldn't have worried as she was so nice and told me my paperwork was very organised considering i have only been childminding for the past month(that was a shock as i didnt think i was organised but must be if she thought so!) she was happy that i have good practices in place and i knew many of the areas where i need to improve. i got a satisfactory grade which i expected so am pleased and no actions! she added extra notes in about how my mindee seemed comfortable and had such a good relationship with me considering hes only been attending 2 days a wk for the past month.


i will say that my daughters behaviour was awful as she was ill and she cried and screamed at everything the whole time she was here! mrs O said she could see that she was ill and needed most of my attention and i still did well to play with and encourage the mindee. i suppose it shows that i can cope well when put in that sort of position.


im soooooo happy its all out the way and i have a whole 3 years to improve my practice in the areas i need to :-) what a relief!!!!
