1 cup plain flour
1 cup water
1 tablespoon of cooking oil (I use baby oil - find it better!)
half cup salt
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
food colouring
stir over medium heat til it all comes together.
We just made some lovely orange dough (mixed red and yellow colouring) very autumnal :D kids loved it.
They have been busy sticking conkers in it and making leaf prints :thumbsup:

We made red and brown playdough the other day for the colours of autumn and used leaves, acorns etc.
It was great fun! :D

i made it for the first time other day. it was lovely. used vanilla essence which my dd hated but i just looove

I made some yesterday morning -still warm when mindees arrived :)
Pink with strawberry food flavouring added so nice smelling too :thumbsup:

I put either lavender or orange essenced in mine , depending whether i want to calm them down or zing them up!
