just wanted to say that we have had our variance granted

although we didn't ask outright for help we did go back over the forum and looked at questions about variances and your replies.

we would like to say a big thank you to you all as without your input we might not have got this variance.

Umm I am probably going to sound dumb here but variance in what context?

I have to say that the people I have been dealing with at OFSTED for a variation have been excellent, feel I must give them praise for once as they have helped me out enormously, I have had to ask for two variations within the space of a few days. There was a little hiccup at first but it was sorted, this was with the first one, but the second one was absolutely fabulous, I wrote to them on Monday posted the letter in the afternoon and they have telephoned me at 5.00p.m. this evening to grant me the second. That I think will take some beating?
