Is it ok to let an 11yr old who uses the adult seat belt, travel in the front seat of car.
Have looked on ROSPA site and can't find answer.

My son is 11 and is allowed to travel in the front seat of the council taxi to school service so I assume its the same rules for us and should be fine.

I have all ages in the front if I cannot put them in the back but they are on the appropriate seats with the adults seat belt, even the older ones.

I'm glad you said that! I was worried for a minute! I have an 8 seater and if I have six mindees, I always put my son in the front next to me. He's 8 and sits on an appropriate seat.
