At the beginning of sept I did a letter to all my parents telling them I was increasing my fees on the 1st October, do I now need to get them to sign something to put along side their contracts as this is in effect an amendment to contracts??

I put my fees up from 1st September this year. I issued letters at the end of July informing parents and also got them all to sign new contracts too - partly cos I got tough and put in lots about late payments, late arrivals, late collections etc.:D

I'm pretty sure you are supposed to do new contracts for fee increase. Not 100% sure, but I expect someone else will come along with the answer!
