Just make sure you see his ID badge before he comes in, and signs your visitor book/register.
Then, have absolutley everything out on the table for him to see, and just be yourself & pretend he's not there whislt you get on with your day as normal!! (Remembering you can't lock the kids in the under stairs cupboard whilst he's there... :p )
Good luck! I'm sure you'll be fine!

I wouldn't ask him anything - just ignore him and carry on as usual!
Good luck - hope it goes well

See the id and make sure you check it.
Introduce the children.
Show them a place to sit, dump all your stuff on them and get on with your day as if they aren't there. Don't be afraid to ask them to wait a moment if you have to attend to the children.
oh and get rid of any stray, scratching or visiting grannies:laughing:
good luck

it went well thanks, he was really helpful aswell! im not too great on the eyfs yet and he spent about 30 mins explaining it too me! also talked about safeguarding quite a bit. he came an hour before my mindee so we could do the paperwork ect then when she turned up he had a chat with her mum in another room which i wasnt expecting!! he only stayed for another half an hour whilst she was here so didnt really watch me at work at all.
anyway i got satisfactory which i am happy with, ive only actually done 8 days of minding all in all so have a lot to learn yet!!
