I apologise for not being on much over the last 7 months, due to fretting about an overdue inspection, so hopefully this can change now - she came last friday:thumbsup:

they are aiming for 2 hours as a guide
inspector was really nice i had a Good as an overall.

Big things were evidence, I had completed a detailed SEF and she cross checked all my files to evidence what I had said.
She was looking for evidence of working with parents (feedback, input into learning journeys) working with other settings, evidence of risk assessments, evidence of fire evacuation practise.
Safeguarding is a hot topic, what would you do etc
Inclusion, multicultural evidence
evidence of using outdoor activities.

And of course watching me interact with the children in my care.
