I have just been on the childcare site and wanted to send a message to a parent, up to now this has been free but it seems now that you have to be a gold member to send a message. Does anyone know when sending a message stopped being free??

I have sent 3 messages now and they are still unopened, don't understand why parents ask for childcae but don't open their messages

As far as I know as long as you are a member then you can contact the parents and they can read it without paying to be a member
