I've spent the past three evenings creating individualised Welcome Booklets. It's taken ages, but I think it'll be great. It means a parent/carer of a 6 year old does not have info about nappies or nap times etc!

I have various pages stored only computer & I print out the ones relevant to the parents & child and staple them together. Like you say, it saves a 6 year old having info about nappy changing and a baby having info about after school activities!
