Hi All,

I have finally decided that today is the day to make a start on my SEF after weeks of putting it off.
I am using alot of my policies to help me answer the questions, but am finding that i am just repeating what is in my policies, can i just write a little on my sef form and then say please refer to my policy, or is this not ok???

Am totally stressed out already:panic:

Thanks pip sqeak. I think i will check out sarah's sef guidence as i am really struggling with forms my early years officer gave me. I have so much paperwork here surrounding me at the moment it is all alot to take in!!
