i want to make a crab with the children i was going to get them to paint a large shell and stick some eyes on it and pipe cleaners for the claws i have looked every where in town and can not find a large shell only small ones which will be to small anyone got any ideas where i can get one.

you could by a dressed crab that way kids could taste the crab then help decorate it you can get from tesco/asda etc and from market:)

Are you near a seaside resort they usually have shops that sell shells of all different shapes and sizes.

Seriously, if you cannot find any what about making some out of paper mache and they won't be so heavy
