I've never written a policy in my life, where on earth do I start?? And do I need them all complete before my pre-reg OfSted visit?
Is there a template somewhere for policies?

If you use the search facility at the top of the page - put in Policies or Policy you should come up with bits and bobs from around the forum too. You may even come across the Breathing Policy!!!!! :D
and perhaps a Policy Policy!

Have a good think about how you want your setting and rules to be when doing your Procedures as well. You learn, alter and amend as you gain your experience too!
