I'll reply just cos no-one else has yet although someone else may be more use than me soon!
Mine (6month ago) lasted about 2.5 - 3hrs, she only looked in the rooms i planned to used and was really nice she asked about why i thought i'd make a good childminder, what activities i'd do, asked if i'd looked at the EYFS book then some questions on weather i had risk assessed, how i would keep the children safe and what i knew about safe guarding (signs of neglect and procedures to follow etc)
hope this helps, good luck im sure you'll be fine, main thing, RELAX!!!

Good luck for tomorrow.
You'll be fine - at this visit the inspector is there to help and advise you, she won't expect you to have everything in place so don't worry too much.
