Just wondered if anyone had ever disagreed with their Ofsted Inspection? I have had big problems with my inspector and she didnt look at any of my resources despite the kids being asleep for two hours of her 2 1/2 hour visit.
She based her whole visit on my SEF which is three months out of date as I submitted it the first time she was meant to have come.
I really dont feel happy with my grade what can I do?

Firstly a big hug :group hug: go on Ofsteds website and type in complaints about Ofsted Form into the search bar, state what you have improved upon since you wrote your SEF (last inspection if applicable). I hope this helps and good luck, let me know what happens

Ring Ofsted and ask them the complaints procedure against your inspection. Do it quick or the report will be posted.

I disputed my report - the wording not the grade. But, it is still published while they investigate the complaint unless you are disputing something factual.
Good luck.

I disputed findings after a malicious complaint. I found they listened and were very supportive.
Definitely if you feel wronged you should do something - you are stuck with a report you are unhappy with for 3 years otherwise.

i have just gone through a complaint with ofsted about my inseption and the wording of my complaint.
Most of my complaint wasn't up held as it was my word against his!!! even though my husband was here.
But the wording in my report was so wrong and he didn't have the evidance to back it up that i am being re-inspected.
i just e-mailed ofsted a full letter of complaint and they took it from there.

I too had a terrible inspection yesterday. She gave me satisfactory based on my inexperience and that I would get a good/oustanding next time if I continued. I disagreed because surely they cant mark me down because of inexperience it was my first inspection - how much experience do they expect me to have.
Anyway, my network co ordinator is supporting me to make a dispute against it. she expected me to get at least a good if not an outstanding.
Really dont want to go through another inspection though, but I suppose I will have to.
