just wondering does anyone use thier own contract?? If so will they stand up if i ever needed them to.
Also do you need a contract for one day's care???

You need a contract and all other permission / emergency forms for any care over 2 hours.
Yes lots of childminders use their own contracts.
Just be careful they set out exactly your terms of business and say the right things from a legal viewpoint :D

I don't use a contract for ad hoc care or the occasional day, all payments are in advance so the contract is not necessary. I do however do all the usual permission forms and child record forms.

i was thinking a long the lines of as long as enrolment and permission forms are all filled in then it should be fine for a as and when needed thing.
And i was thinking of making my own contracts once i've ran out of my others.
