hi there, i have been trying for ages to get on the sef online site but it keeps saying it's loading and does nothing. I have an ofsted security token and the it says on the letter to log on to the gov. gateway : https://online.ofsted.gov.uk/onlineofsted/public/launchportal.aspx. it just does nothing. has anyone else had this problem?

It does seem to happen a lot.

You can do your SEF on your computer in your normal word processing software.

Then give them a ring on Monday and see if they can help you get online.

Did you try going on the toolbar and turning your pop-up blocker off. That's what it tells you to do at the beginning before you typethe https bit.

dID YOU GET IT WORKING? i'VE JUST TRIED AND GET, IN BIG RED LETTERS, 'bUSINESS rULE eRROR' AFTER i TYPE IN MY SECURITY TOKEN......

I had a problem with it yesterday, but it did work eventually.
