Just wondering out of couriosity really how many of you do your own contracts and how many people use ncma or mm ones?

I use MM ones. It states on them that childcare can be suspended if fees are owed.

Have been using NCMA one's for last 10years, but having just switches our insurance to MM this week are thinking of writting our own :D

At the moment I use NCMA but will be changing to MM when its time to renew.

I use NCMA now, will change to MM though when the time to renew is here. Might just write my own... I have plenty of experience in this.

Yes they are! Seem more detailed than the ncma ones, perhaps I will use them and see how I get on. I think I would be too worried to do my own in case of a dispute. I guess once they are signed though they are legally binding regardless?
