Well Mrs O came yesterday and did my first inspection.
She turned up at 9.30am and left 2.20pm I was absolutely shattered.
I'm so pleased its over but disappointed with my grade (apparently I cant comment on that just yet I need to wait until I recieve my report).
She was really pleased with me how Im making a good start even though Ive only been minding for a few weeks, so she seemed positive but when you say the grade youve got it doesnt sound good at all iykwim. I will have to wait and see what it says overall in my written report.

oh well at least its over and done with until my next one in 3 years.

If it's the grade I think (Begins with an S) - then job well done - it means you are doing everything you are supposed to be (no easy job having only just starting so well done)!:thumbsup: :clapping:

i dont think the grading sounds right.
i think it should be colours like gold, silver, bronze and then something like copper and then at least it sounds a bit better. or something else :blush:

:clapping: Well done, I don't think you should be too disheartended, you've only been open for a few weeks. Chin up and use it as a positive so for the next inspection you can show them you are worth alot more. :clapping:
