hi,

From september my son and one of mindee are starting school nursery ... time passed dont know where... any way... they are going to school nursery and would be easier for me if sometimes child's parent or my HB would be able to drop off or pick them up... what kind of requirements they need to pass?

If your mindees parent was picking up then it would'nt be an issue as long as they were only picking up their child and yours. Anyone else picking up as far as I'm aware would just be a no unless they themselves were a childminder. Might be worth talking to Ofsted though to see what the actual rules are.

I pick up a mindee ( not yet at pre school) whilst I'm on the way to pre school to drop my dd off, mindees mum goes anyway to drop older daughter off. I have to leave for the time mindee used to be dropped off at mine- does this make sense?

Hi,

I spoke with early years adviser and she said :

Parents of the child can drop off or pick up thier child and mine without anything it is our agrement and ofsted doesnt have nothing with it but

If my DD would do the same he needs to be registered as my assistant and needs to have first aid course :) madness ...
