on the top line of your keyboard you should have a PRT SCN {or similar} button just press that when the white page is up and then go into a paint programme and paste it then save it as a jpg andsed to pauline.

Just so you know to screen shot on an iphone (and presumably itouch) press the home button and the sleep button at the same time and it will make a sound like the camera does.
