How often are you completing a full house check.

Not quite sure what you mean but I do a daily check of the areas we use and review each room risk assessment at least annually or earlier if necessary

I also have an annual house RA ( done 2 so far) and keep them in my portfolio. It is about 10 pages long, whit each room and garden.
