Is the butter melted before she mixes it in? And what's that she's put in it - is it chocolate chips?
Looks lovely!

That looks fab, may have to give it a go.Does it depend on mug size? to stop claggyiness?
what about microwave strength?

Hi, it may have needed an extra 30 secs. Our microwave is 800w.
She puts choc chips in and they melt and go gooey.:clapping:
Els runs a knife around the outside and also checks to see if it's cooked inside before she tips it. The outside seems to stay runnier.

Why have I not seen this before now (Aug 2010)
Will give this a go and see what happens, love the idea of using the microwave instead of oven.
Will let everyone know how I get on, maybe even a photo.
