Just wondered if anyone has a parents questionaire i could copy please cos i really dont know what id put in one

Yes I've only got as far as question 2. I haven't got a questionnaire for parents. Sort of bluffed my way through it.

Haven't got children at the moment & didn't think about it when I did have. So have now put one in my file to use when next get children.

Think someone put one on here somewhere.
