I got an apology for the negative sentence Mrs Ofsted wrote in my report regarding formula milk....I complained and she phoned me and admitted it was very negative especially when I got a good. It has now been removed! Happy days!

Thanks everyone......it took about 4 days,but only because I told them I didn't want my report published til it was all sorted! Guess depends on complaint?
