I have to contact enviromentle health now to come ......they called me last week to come and inspect my kitchen /bathroom to ensure all safe and clean!!

The guy was lovelly advised me i needed to fill in my safer food better bussiness pack (before he came) with fridge temps etc /asked me if i had done food safty (said yes of course) he was impressed!

Said They now give you a star rating if you are providing food 1-5 star ???

He said not alot of new cm's are aware that this happens

Anyone else know anything
