Hiya, hope someone may be able to give me some advice on this:-

I have 2 lo of my own (aged 3 and 5). I currently look after another lo (also 3) on a Tuesady. She is leaving on the 17th August.

I have a lady coming round today wanting care for a baby and a 4 year old on a Mon, Tues and Friday. The Monday and Friday are fine but I would need a variation for 7 Tuesdays to have both her children and the current child. Do you thnk I could apply for a variation as it is for such a short period of time ( ie. 7 days in total) or do you think THEY would just say no???

It seems a shame to lose out on the 2 children when the other child is only a 1 dayer and is leaving shortly anyway but I really don't want to terminate early with her as the family are experiencing a rough time at the moment and I know it would not be easy for them.

What to do????

xxx Jo

Start 1 of the children now - even if 3 hours a week. Then apply for a variation for the other child as continuity of care
