hi can anyone clarify a phone call ive just had?
Ofsted have just sent me an answerphone message and said it was a customer satisfaction call, not to worry or ring back, has anyone had this recently??
i have been intouch with them lately for a couple of reasons one being a complaint i have made and variation request im still waiting reply on, any ideas?

Yes like most big companies when they have resolved something they will either ring or email for you to say how well they did.
Don't worry they will ring back :D

thanx i rang anyway to check progress of variation, said they would ring back once the lady had looked at it......then they rang whilst i was out. i'll have to wait till moday now before i know my answer!

I've had this before and never heard anything more in relation to it. May just be database cleansing or something.

I have had a few over the years ...you have to rate each question as unsatisfactory, satisfactory, good & outstanding - which I think is classic!:D
