Mrs O came this morning, same lady that did my pre-reg which was nice. She remembered us, how bad our house was before and what my dd was like so she could see where we'd improved.

I got satisfactory all around which I'm pleased about as I know I'm no good at paperwork and really thought she might decide it was inadequate!!! I've got to improve my obs, planning and assessments and go into more depth on my risk assessments.

She's given me some useful pointers about what they are looking for at the moment. They're very hot on paperwork and especially working in partnership and equal opportunities. She said we have to look for more multicultural resources but she loved my 'around the world' board that we're doing!

She's explained where I am going wrong with my planning etc and said that she knows I have drive and ambition to improve my service so I should easily get a good next time around!!!!

Just glad its over with now!!!!
