Panic Mode now set in!!!!

Ofsted have rang!!! They'll either be coming tomorrow, next tues or next thurs!!!! Arghhhh!!!!!! Oh my goodness!!!

What do I NEED in place??????

What policies are legal requirements?
Anything but the poster and certificate need to be on display???

I've only been going a few weeks so my observations etc and planning isn't where I'd like it to be!

And my SEF is nowhere near ready!!!!

Arghhhh help me!!!!

Allow yourself a bit of panic, then calm down, make sure you have everything, do as much of your SEF as you can and try to relax...easier said than done I know.
I got myself into a big panic just before mine and in the end on the day of inspection I had no more energy to worry, so was quite relaxed :thumbsup:
