2) whether my reg would let me! or as i am allowed 3 but have poppy who is nearly 3

I had 3 one year olds. It's was fun, lol! Not sure I'd do it on a Saturday though...
I am available on weekend [although none on books} as im flexible but not sure about numbers.

yes thought about that...not even sure if i am too far from her for her to think about{5miles} but its not needed til jan anyway.

So would that mean you'd have 4 in the EY age group?
Ofsted only normally grant a variation for 4 in the EY age group if it's for continuity of care, unless it can be shown that no other care is available in the vacinity. You'd probably have a good case on those grounds.
