Have you sent out a parental questionnaire with feedback and improvements? Can include as evidence and then it's just how you share info, let them know their child's development and how you're also informed by them in what you do. Partnerships; do any of the children also attend nursery or moving onto school, have you met with the other settings and shared info or if any of the children have outside agencies working with them too, social services/specialists if and LDs?

Exactly as the previous poster commented - if you have a mindee that attends another setting at any time (another c/minder, a playgroup or a nursery), have you been in contact with them? If you can show something in your SEF to demonstrate that contact has taken place (and will continue to do so on a periodic basis), you will be fine. One of my mindees attends pre-school at a local school and they send me their monthly planner so that I can see what he is doing at "school" and compliment it.
Regarding the information-exchange with the parents, demonstrate how this happens. It will probably be different with each family - some will be a daily conversation on drop-off or pick-up, others may be a daily diary. For the diary system, I photocopied a number of pages so that the inspector could see - she was very content with this approach. I know that some settings with quite a few children produce a newsletter letting parents know what is coming up in the month ahead and may even include menus if you provide meals.
