Really nice lady (don't know why I had thoughts she would be anything but nice!!)very easy going.
Got good in all areas so really really pleased. She even said had I been doing it longer then it would have been Outstanding but at mo I have very little to self evaluate so she couldn't give Outstanding.
One very happy childminder on the south coast today!!!:clapping: :clapping:

She asked lots of questions on safeguarding, and "what would I do in this situation...." .
Although I had sent my SEF off she hadnt seen a copy so she looked at one I had printed off so keep a copy.
Training and self evaluation seems pretty top of their lists as she asked what I'd done training and and she saw what courses I'm due to do. If dont fill in SEF then they want to see how you evaluate your setting.
