I have the enhanced CRB form to fill in for my daughter who has turned 16.

In section B - Details of position for which disclosure is being requested what do I put?

It also has organisation name and address - is that my name and address?

Does she also need to give referee details?
I can't remember what I filled in for the other two kids when they turned 16.

She is applying for the position of ...

Daughter of childminder

Yes it's your name and address.

No I didn't give referees or bank details they didn't need those bits filled in.

I rang them and asked what sections they needed and it was only a few.

Then you can fill in the passport / birth certificate bits because you are an appropriate person as you have a CRB already.

good luck with it :D

My partner had to apply to be my partner, he wanted to know who else was on the shortlist!

I have a question.....
How often should enhanced disclosures be updated?
