the lady i spoke to was very nice, i feel a lot more relaxed about my complaint. I explained that i was actualy looking forward to ofsted coming to do my inspecton as felt i had improved so much since my last insection.

I also expalined that i hadnt made the decision to compain easliy and she said she could tell that from just talking to me on the phone.

The only thing i am worried about it that they show the inspector my actual letter of complaint!!! :panic:

I should no by the 21st may what the outcome is.
